This is our main speciality at DLF. Personal training, but instead of being by yourself, you are in a group of up to 4 people.
Our Small Group Personal Training sessions give you the personal attention of 1-to-1 coaching with the motivation and support of a small, women-only group.
Every member follows their own fully personalised training programme, tailored to their goals, ability and experience — so you’ll never feel rushed, left behind or unsure what to do.
With expert coaching throughout each session, we guide your technique, adapt exercises when needed and keep you progressing safely and confidently. Sessions finish with a cool-down to support recovery and help you leave feeling strong and energised.
