Personal Training
This is our main speciality at DLF. Personal training, but instead of being by yourself, you are in a group of up to 4 people.
We have a workout of the day - a template to work from. But we will then adapt it to suit your ability, goals and experience. Every session will be focused on you achieving your goals, with the support & encouragement of other DLF members.

Is your training appropriate for beginners?We welcome all levels at DLF - from absolute beginners to fitness enthusiasts. One of our greatest assets is the ability to tailor the workout to your level, no matter what that current level is.

What is the length of commitment of a membership?All of our monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with 28 days' notice. No joining fees, no contract.

What does training at DLF look like?We train in small groups of up to 4 women at a time and utilise strength and conditioning equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, skiergs, fan bikes, and more. We are here to help you move well, get stronger, tone up, and improve your body composition. We create and execute training programs, led by coaches, that progress systematically and are personalised to your individual needs and capabilities.

Do you offer open gym memberships?Our facilities are limited to members who are enrolled in scheduled training sessions. Therefore we do not offer open gym hours.

Is the training scary?In short, no. DLF is a supportive place filled with a community of members and coaches whose goal it is to make meaningful training available to everyone. We do take the training seriously and it isn’t “easy” by any means, but we are committed to starting every client at an appropriate level and making them feel welcome in the process.
