About DLF Fitness

Small Group Personal Training

This is our main speciality at DLF. Personal training, but instead of being by yourself, you are in a group of up to 4 people.

We have a workout of the day - a template to work from. But we will then adapt it to suit your ability, goals and experience. Every session will be focused on you achieving your goals, with the support & encouragement of other DLF members.

About Lisa

DLF Coach and Founder

Lisa used to be a teacher and having always been a fitness enthusiast took the leap back in 2019 setting up DLF. Lisa’s goal was to build a local fitness community where women could support each other to move more & feel better about themselves. When Lisa isn’t busy with DLF she loves spending time with her husband cycling, or walking with her sausage dogs.

About Marie

DLF Coach

Some people might recognise me from working for 20+ years in Denver Post Office…I love being around & meeting people & I love living in Downham & being part of a community! Whilst having done no real exercise since school, joining DLF as a member gave me a love for fitness & confidence to challenge myself. Now I’m hoping to help & inspire others to realise how much they can achieve for themselves with the right support. In any spare time, you’ll maybe find me running, eating cake or as one half of ‘Team Raspberry’ with my husband at DF Bootcamp!

About Mel

DF & DLF Coach

After moving to Norfolk, I really wanted to get back into my fitness but after trying a few gyms, nothing really stuck. I missed the connection of training within a group of like-minded people. I mentioned this to a friend, who introduced me to DF Bootcamp, and WOW, what a fantastic group of people, all so welcoming and encouraging and the camaraderie is unrivalled. This in turn rekindled my love for training, and has recently given me the confidence and opportunity to become a P.T and help others see, just how much is achievable. My philosophy has always been, fitness training should push you but it has got to be fun, if not, we can all find excuses. In my spare time, I train my 2 Newfoundlands in water rescue, which usually requires a nice glass of wine when we get home after a day in the water, and looking for a fun challenge, like an inflatable obstacle run, I mean, why not?
